Both of my children go to this nursery and have done for the past year. I have never had any problems whist sending my children to this nursery. Both have come on leaps and bounds and are both extremely happy here. All the staff are polite and friendly and are always happy to help. I would strongly recommend this nursery to all my friends and family. I have read recent reviews on this nursery, and I strongly disagree with things people have written, it saddens me to see things like this written as I feel the statements are untrue and written out of spite.

My son has attended this school since September 2011 and my daughter since 2016 and the transition from nursery to reception was made easy by the school. There's great all round care. Best school in the area in my opinion. We love our school, they have the best teachers, administrators and Headteacher . All the kids look forward to coming to school everyday, they make it enjoyable as they are learning. Each teacher is gifted in making sure that ALL students are treated equally no matter where they come from. My son leaves with a heavy heart this July. At the leaving assembly the headteacher Ms Foster summed up what this school is all about by making the following comment to the students “Even though you’re all leaving never forget you’re part of this school, it’s history and this community and the doors are always open for you here” For me and my wife this is one of the best choices we’ve made for them in their lives considering we live out of the catchment area.
Just started a great start great teachers great everything can't say anything bad

"Emmanuel School is a very successful school which meets its aims and has gone from strength to strength. Visitors are struck by the warm, welcoming environment. This is a happy school which is buzzing with activity. The pupils’ smiling faces reflect how much they enjoy coming to this school. They are cared for and nurtured extremely well by a highly skilled team of staff whose dedication and commitment to the children is, as one parent says, ‘second to none’. As a result, pupils are polite, courteous and feel safe in school. The school’s Christian ethos is threaded through all aspects of school life and is evident throughout each day. Parents are full of praise for the staff and enthusiastically play an active part in the life of the school. The school provides an excellent all-round education that values the academic and the spiritual. Pupils are encouraged and supported to achieve their best. Children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) have an excellent start to their school life and this excellence continues into the primary classes. Governors and staff have worked hard to bring about further improvement since the last inspection. They regularly monitor the work of the school and ensure that it complies with all independent school regulations and prioritises pupils’ health and safety. The governors willingly contribute their expertise within school for the benefit of the pupils’ education and well-being." (BSI Inspection 2012) I, for one, join a multitude of parents and carers, both present and past, who have nothing but thanks for Emmanuel School and the East Midlands Christian Fellowship organisation. A heart-felt-thanks to all the teaching-staff and governors who continue to provide excellent education and spiritual-nurturance to all my children.

My daughter really enjoys her 90 minute sessions here and her confidence with Maths has increased greatly as has her ability. I have even asked her if she wants to continue going as she is doing so well and she has insisted that she wants to carry on because 'it is so awesome!' (Her words, not mine!) Ellie is fab and very accommodating, she'll even recommend the odd TV show to you should you require it. All of the teachers are clearly committed and very passionate about what they do and that shows in the progress that my daughter has made and the fact that she doesn't want to stop going. Brilliant investment and one that I don't regret.
My son thoroughly enjoys his English sessions and he has progressed really well which can be seen in his independent writing, I would recommend the Tutoring Room
